One root, eight ways to buy it.

Roots of Cichorium intybus L. are hand cut and sun dried by farmers, then cleaned and graded at the factory. Choose the form that fits your blend, feed or beverage line.

Hand cut into pieces by farmers and sun dried. Cleaned and graded on receipt.

Used in natural medicines.

Chicory cubes, machine cut

Roots washed, diced by machine and sun dried in open fields, then cleaned and graded.

Direct milling into fine powder for animal feed recipes.

Chicory roots, whole

Dried roots roasted in a drum roaster, cooled on a tray, graded and screened before packing.

Liquid coffee extract is sprayed in a tower at high temperature to give a fine powder. A further agglomeration tower makes agglomerated coffee.

100% malted grains extracted with pure water, filtered, concentrated and packed in HDPE drums. The liquid is vacuum dried into an easily soluble instant powder.

Used in malted beverages, bakery, chocolate, breakfast cereal and pharmaceutical applications.

Blends with coffee, chicory or malt

One of the oldest consumed grains in the world. Blends with coffee, chicory, malt or herbal powders such as ginseng for a healthy beverage.

Roots are harvested in March, April and May and delivered to the factory whole and wet.
